While walking the community we have encountered several violations to the association’s rules that are common to many houses in the community. We are giving everyone the opportunity to avoid a violation letter and possible fines.

PETS
All pets as per Miami Dade Ordinance shall have their rabies shots up to date and shall be walked on a leash. Owners must clean up after their dogs. Please do not leave pet food outside as this attracts frogs, rodents and other pests.
SALES AND LEASES
No homeowner shall sell or lease any property without the approval of the Association.
